Sharing Your Personal Information:

We value your privacy and are committed to keeping your personal information safe. We do not sell, trade, rent, or share personally identifiable information with any outside parties. All information you provide remains within our organization and is used only for operating our Site, improving our services, and fulfilling your requests.

We may use aggregated, anonymized data for purposes such as analyzing trends or developing new features, but this information cannot be linked to any individual.

Personal information will only be disclosed if required by law, in response to a valid legal request, or when necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety, as well as that of others.

Your personal data stays with us—collected only to serve you better and protected with strict safeguards.

Personal Identification Information:

We may collect personally identifiable information ("PII") from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our Site, register on the Site, subscribe to a newsletter, fill out a form, place an order, respond to a survey, or engage with other activities, services, features, or resources we make available. Depending on the nature of the interaction, Users may be asked to provide information such as their name, email address, mailing address, phone number, payment details, or other identifiers.

Users may, however, choose to visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personal information, though doing so may prevent them from participating in certain Site-related activities, accessing specific features, or receiving certain services.

We may also collect information when Users communicate with us via email, chat, or other channels, and these communications may be retained for record-keeping, training, or customer service purposes.

Non-Personal Identification Information:

We may collect non-personal identification information ("non-PII") about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Non-PII may include, but is not limited to, the browser name, the type of computer or device, the operating system, the type of Internet connection, technical information about how Users connect to our Site (such as the Internet service provider used, IP address, or referring website), and other similar usage details.

We may use non-PII to analyze trends, administer the Site, track Users' movements around the Site, and gather demographic information for aggregate use. This information is used solely to improve the user experience, enhance security, and optimize our content and services.

Cookies:

Our Site uses "cookies" to enhance the User experience. Cookies are small text files placed on a User's device for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about them.

We use both first-party cookies (set by our Site) and third-party cookies provided by services such as Matomo Analytics to gather data about how visitors use our Site. This may include tracking pages visited, time spent on pages, and navigation paths. This information helps us understand user behavior, improve content, and optimize our services.

Users can choose to set their web browser to refuse cookies or to alert them when cookies are being sent. If they do so, some parts of the Site may not function properly.

Security of Your Information:

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices, along with a range of administrative, technical, and physical security measures, to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of personal information, usernames, passwords, transaction information, and other data stored on our Site. Our Site is protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology to ensure that sensitive information transmitted between your browser and our servers remains private and secure. We employ advanced encryption methods for data both in transit and at rest, use firewalls and intrusion detection systems, and maintain regular security audits to identify and address potential vulnerabilities. Access to personal information is strictly limited to authorized personnel who are required to maintain its confidentiality, and all data backups are securely stored and protected against unauthorized access.
